Everything we've built, at a glance

Eight ready-made tools in three groups, each a small, done-for-you setup that runs in the background. Every business is different, so these are examples, not a fixed menu.

Pick a group, then a tool, to see an example chat in the phone. Names and details in the chats are made up.

1

Your AI front desk

Catch the calls you miss

Miss a call and an AI assistant instantly texts back: "Sorry we missed you — what do you need?" It gathers the job details and sends you a ready-to-call lead card; urgent jobs reach you right away. Works after hours, and you choose what counts as urgent.

You keep the callers who'd otherwise dial the next result.

2

Live answering

Answer the call live

Some callers won't text. Live answering picks up by voice, has a short natural chat, captures the same job details and sends you the same lead card. It always says it's automated. If the voice line ever fails, the caller gets the text-back instead.

Callers who'd rather talk still reach you.

3

Your AI quote chaser

Follow up on every lead

Every website enquiry gets an instant reply, then a polite timed nudge (day 1, 3, 7) that stops the moment they respond or opt out. Optional AI help drafting the quote, so you get back to people faster.

Fewer quotes go cold; you see every lead and where it stands.

4

Your AI review manager

Turn jobs into reviews

After a finished job, an automatic text or email invites a Google review with a one-tap link, the same for every customer. If someone replies with a complaint, it reaches you right away. We draft replies to your reviews; nothing posts until you approve.

Every customer gets asked — and reviews are the first thing new customers check.

5

Your AI accounts chaser

Get paid without the awkward call

Friendly reminders for each overdue invoice (on the due date, then 7 and 14 days later) with the pay link, stopping when they pay, reply or dispute. Works from QuickBooks, Wave, Xero or a simple sheet. You get a weekly "who still owes what" list.

Always polite — it never threatens or adds fees on its own.

8

Your AI report writer

Service reports, written from the job site

During the visit, your tech sends photos and voice notes on WhatsApp, then says "done". A couple of minutes later they get a short summary to check. Once they reply "yes" (or fix something first), the finished report lands in their email on your own report form, as both Word and PDF. It reads nameplates and work orders in the photos, and anything the photos and notes don't back up is marked "[to confirm]" — never made up.

One company bill, not per-tech seats — from $35/month for one tech.

6

Your AI announcer

"Closed today" in one tap

Sick day, storm day, family emergency? One tap texts everyone booked today with a rebook link, switches your missed-call reply to closed-day mode, and sends you a calm summary of who was told and who rebooked. An add-on to the AI front desk.

Every booked customer hears first and can rebook themselves.

7

Your AI counter helper

Price and stock answers for your staff

Staff text a question to a private number (or type it into a private web page) and get the answer from your own catalogue or price sheet. If it's not in your data, it says so — it never guesses a price.

Best for parts counters, supply counters and service desks.

How it works

Three steps, and your part stays small.

  1. Tell us what's slipping

We look at where your time and work are slipping away and pick the one fix that matters most.

  2. We set it up

We build it around the phone number, website and calendar you already have. Your part stays small — a tap when a job's done, an OK on review replies.

  3. It runs, you see results

It works quietly in the background. You see recovered leads, follow-ups and new reviews, and we keep it tuned.

Start with one fix, then keep going

Catch every lead, follow up without lifting a finger, cut the paperwork and earn more good reviews. Most owners start with the task that costs them the most and add more as they see it pay off. We build it, run it, and keep it tuned — you stay on the work.

Questions owners ask

Can't see yours? Type it into "What's eating your time?" at the top, or email us.

Do I have to change my phone number or website?

No. Customers keep calling your usual number and using your usual website form. Missed calls are forwarded to a texting line we set up for you, so the text-back reaches them right away.

What happens when it can't answer something?

It handles the common questions and captures the job details — name, address, the issue and how urgent it is. Anything beyond that is flagged to you as a lead, so a real person picks it up.

Will it ping me at 1 am?

Only if you want it to. You set your "do not disturb" hours and decide what counts as urgent enough to break through (say, a flooding basement). Everything else waits for a morning summary. Customers still get an instant reply either way.

Does the voice assistant pretend to be a person?

No. When it answers a call live, it always says it's an automated assistant. It takes the same job details as the text-back and sends you the same lead card. If the voice line ever fails, the caller gets the text-back instead.

What if a customer is unhappy?

If they reply with a complaint, it reaches you right away, so you can make it right. Replies to your Google reviews are drafted for you, and nothing gets posted until you approve it.

Does every customer get asked for a review?

Yes. Every customer gets the same one-tap Google review link after the job. We never promise a rating or a number of reviews.

Will invoice reminders annoy my customers?

They're always polite, and they never threaten or add fees on their own. Reminders go out on the due date, then 7 and 14 days later, and stop as soon as the customer pays, replies or disputes. It works from QuickBooks, Wave, Xero or a simple sheet.

What if I have to close for the day?

One tap texts everyone booked today with a link to pick a new time, switches your missed-call reply to closed-day mode, and sends you a summary of who was told and who rebooked. It's an add-on to the AI front desk.

Will the staff helper make up a price?

No. It answers only from your own catalogue or price sheet. If the item isn't there, it says so instead of guessing.

Will the report writer make up a serial number?

No. It reads nameplates and work orders in the tech's photos. Anything the photos and voice notes don't back up, like a serial nobody read out or a price that was only a guess, is marked "[to confirm]" instead of made up. The tech checks a short summary before the report is sent.

What if I need something that isn't listed here?

That's normal — the tools here are just common starting points. Tell us what eats up your time and we'll tell you honestly whether AI or automation can handle it.

Who owns the data?

You do. Your leads and messages are kept separate from every other client, and whenever you ask — or if you leave — we hand them back to you as a spreadsheet.

How much does it cost?

It's built for small shops: tools start from $79/month (CAD, plus tax) and a one-time setup — missed-call text-back, for example, is $79/month and $250 setup. The AI report writer is from $35/month for one tech, plus $99 setup (which covers setting up your own report form). Bundles cost less. You get a simple written quote before you decide, so you know exactly what you're getting.

What's eating up your time? Let's fix the biggest one first.

Send us a short email — we'll tell you honestly whether this is worth it for you.
